If you need service on the product during the warranty period, please contact the distributor who sold you the product. We recommend carefully reading the instruction manual before making use of the product warranty.

IDAPTguarantees its products against defective materials and manufacturing for two years from the original purchase date, provided the product been used and maintained in normal conditions. IDAPTreserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace defective products covered by its warranty.

In the event of defective materials or workmanship during the warranty period (on the original purchase date), IDAPTand its distributors will repair or replace (at IDAPT’s discretion) the product or defective parts in the conditions described below and with no charge for parts or labour.
