REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt. During this period, you may return the product (shipping costs at your own expense) and must include the receipt and the signed and completed return slip.
We kindly ask you to return the merchandise by registered mail or insure it with the shipping company for the value of the merchandise. Uninsured merchandise lost by or stolen from the shipping company will not be honoured. All expenses for returns are at your own expense.
Returned products will only be accepted if they are new, complete (including all accessories, manuals, cords, etc.) and sent in their original packaging. The company cannot accept incomplete deliveries or products that have been damaged or dirtied by the customer.
IN THE EVENT OF REFUND
IDAPT will reimburse you by bank transfer if you return the product within seven days (as demonstrated by the postmark) of receipt.
IDAPT allows you to charge several portable devices at the same time, through a simple system of interchangeable tips.
