The exact delivery cost will depend on the items ordered and the country of delivery.
IDAPT will do everything in its power to uphold the delivery times stated on its website; however, IDAPT cannot be held liable the consequences of delayed deliveries or lost packages due to the actions of third parties unrelated to the transport agreement, to your own actions or to unforeseeable and unavoidable cases of force majeure.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package by the specified deadline, we will carry out a joint investigation with the transport company. This may take several days (the average time is fourteen (14) working days). During this period, the company cannot issue refunds or resend your order.
We recommend checking your package as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything is correct and has arrived in proper condition. If you do not agree with the order as received, please sign and handwrite any problems found on the delivery note.
Without prejudice to your legally entitled warranties, we would like to remind you to send us an e-mail (contact@idaptweb.com) stating that you are returning the order. This e-mail should be sent before returning the products and at the very latest one day after receiving the order.
IDAPT can only accept products returned in their original state, i.e., products in their original packaging with all accessories and instruction manuals.
In cases of legitimate complaint, the client may choose to have the product repaired or replaced, provided that the cost of the selected option is not disproportionally higher than the other alternative.
In addition, for orders exceeding a specific price limit, IDAPT will ask you to fax or e-mail the company a copy of your national ID and proof of your address.
